Yi-Jia Susanne Hou returns to the Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra to perform the Sibelius Violin Concerto in d-minor in the opening concert of the orchestra’s Early Spring Season conducted by Daniel Boico. The performance takes place on August 25th at the Linder Auditorium in Johannesburg with the programme including Dvorak’s Symphony No 9 “From the New World” and the arrangement of the song Moon We shall rise again by the renowned South African jazz songwriter Don Laka.
