Yi-Jia Susanne Hou’s recording of the Beethoven Violin Concerto with the London Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Andreas Delfs is launched on takt 1 streaming platform on 16th December. Playing on 1735 Guarneri Del Gesu violin that belonged to Fritz Kreisler at the time of his writing the cadenza for the Concerto, Yi-Jia Susanne Hou’s performance with the unsurpassed London Symphony Orchestra is a special tribute to a unique instrument and the music it inspired. The launch marks Beethoven’s 251st birthday.
